Nanny-Finder Service

The staff of our member companies value our free nanny-finder service, because we take time to find out about the specific needs of each individual family, and the skills and background of the carers we refer are checked thoroughly before the two parties even meet.
 
Childcare Service can help you find a qualified carer to provide regular, in-home childcare over the long term. Childcare Service takes a cautious approach to recruitment.  All candidates have submitted a current criminal records extract (no older than 3 years) and proof that they have attended a child-specific first-aid course. The employment arrangements and contract are agreed between the family and the nanny herself. Childcare Service offers specially prepared documents to make these formalities easier for you. Pay depends on the age, training and experience of the nanny, as well as the number of children in her care. It is largely the responsibility of the parents. We recommend an hourly rate of CHF 25 to CHF 35 or a monthly salary of CHF 3800 to CHF 4800 gross for a full-time appointment.

Carers may also be appointed from our nanny pool to cover emergencies (e.g. if the child or their usual carer is ill) and for short-term placements of up to two weeks.

All Childcare Service services are available to parents employed by one of our member companies.
