Small children are always getting ill. Despite a broad private childcare network, it can still happen that on D Day - when you have an appointment with your most important client - your regular carers just aren't available.

In cases like these, Childcare Service can help to find a short-term solution. We have an emergency pool of qualified carers that you can easily call upon via us. This service is free for staff of our member companies.

The hourly rate for emergency care is fixed at CHF 35. The necessary paperwork is all prepared, and the carer is insured via Childcare Service.
