Vision

As a non-profitmaking organization, we are committed to childcare for working parents that complements their own family-based arrangements. In doing so we promote the balancing of family and career throughout Switzerland.

We contribute to the private sector of society by uniting the interests of working parents with those of the business world.

Despite our national operations, we have local bases and are thus able comprehensively to accomodate the varied needs of our clients and association members as they change over time.

Society

We are committed to family policy matters. Changes in the economic and social environment inspire us to develop new concepts and services for the care of children of working parents.

It goes without saying that networking with other specialist organizations and state institutions is a key part of our work.

Employers

Our association is supported financially and conceptually by its members, the employers. As a professional help-point, we support our members' commitment to a balance between family and career.

We use the resources at our disposal judiciously and economically in the interests of our member companies. In doing so, we address the changing demands of the world of work on an ongoing basis.

Families

The well-being of each individual child is our highest priority.

Our services are geared primarily to the needs of the family. They fulfil very high standards of quality.

Professional childcare is the foundation of our work. We lend equal weight to the psychological, social education and economic aspects of this task.

Staff

Teamwork, personal responsibility and decision-making authority are as much a part of the working environment we offer our staff as interesting work and opportunities for personal development.
